There are places I want to visit, and many places that I want to revisit, and there are places that become a part of me. One place that made its way into my soul is Taos, New Mexico. I can say this about Taos: It is a place of intense spirituality, with an undeniable energy that when experienced, can never be forgotten. I can close my eyes and feel the color of the turquoise in the sky, magnificent in its size; painted with empowering motivation. While standing in the desert in Taos during winter, I experienced the vast space created by a landscape, and that a sky can encompass more than its shadow. I can see the mountains at a distance, but knowing their height makes the sky even more towering. Enchantment is the word that New Mexico uses to describe itself. Enchantment, I want more.
